Terrible customer service, charged for nothing, received my laptop back in pieces and no acknowledgement or apology after I emailed them explaining why I was unsatisfied. Stupidly made the mistake of trusting them to do the right thing by telling them I’m not too clued up about computers Would never use again

Best computer repair service I have ever experienced. Could not have asked for better. I dropped my macbook in for a keyboard repair/replacement (if the computer wasn't also affected) expecting it to be a week or so. It was handy to drop in as i had a job to do two doors away. Well..... by the time i finished my job (2 hours) my macbook was ready!!! Kim kept me informed during the process to tell me if it was fixable etc. Top service with a smile and very reasonable rate.
