Terrible experience. Services suspended and not one sales person mentioned this for 4 hours, even the person that spent 30 minutes selling the ticket. The upshot was standing around waiting for buses for most of the day. Customer Service has been terrible as well although give the experience not surprising for this company. I recommend using another service.

My wife and I had the pleasure of taking a short trip down to Sydney recently and as we love the Blue Mountains we booked the day tour with river cruise. Wow, what a great day! We were picked up from our hotel in the city and from there we just sat back and enjoyed ourselves while everything was taken care of. We couldn't have asked for more. Everything was so professional and our expectations were far exceeded. We look forward to taking more day trips in Brisbane booked with ease and confidence through The Big Bus. A huge thank you!
