INSPECTION:Your inspection of vacant motel rooms is welcome during business hours, from 11.30am to 8pm. NORMAL CHECK:Normal Check In time is from 2.00pm and the check out time is by 10.00 am, regardless of time of arrival. By request, subject to availability, a late check out may be negotiated with our reception.
Very clean, comfortable, friendly, great value, suited our needs, only needed bed and shower, and they were both excellent. We were quickly checked in by helpful and friendly staff, and received a clean, recently updated (I think!) room that provided us with a very comfortable night's sleep. We really appreciated the breakfast too, and the very reasonable price!

The Albury Central is a family owned and operated motel, and we the owners have many years experience in the motel industry and are fortunate to have previous clients following us to stay when we move. We offer quality Ground Floor units all of which have air conditioning/heating, kettles and toasters, Hairdryer and iron available from reception.

There's something really great to say about an accommodation provider who can offer TV, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, condiments, toiletries, free wifi 'and' a high standard of cleanliness in a queen triple motel room on a budget for a mere $90.

When I arrived at 1450, their was no one in the reception, I rang the number that was available if reception was unoccupied, got hung up on twice, when some body did answer I was told “someone will be there soon.” Waited 10mins, after I checked in, went to the room to find it had an overpowering mouldy smell.
On the other side of car park from my room was another row of rooms with long term guests, one of them was extremely agitated, & standing in the carpark swearing & yelling at someone or something.... which made myself & my young children feel uneasy. I approached the staff at the reception

DONT BOOK HERE! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. Booked through booking.com and had to cancel due to covid restrictions. Motel Ignored my contact attempts and attempts by booking.com to cancel. Then charged me anyway. When I tried to contact them to resolve it they basically told me where to go! Pursuing this with the ACCC at the moment and won’t be letting it go. Terrible terrible customer service and impossible to contact.
