The product recommended by this company as highly durable and fit for household use has faded in less than two years. They refuse to work with us to find a resolution.
At the time of installation we had issues with them over the quote. They quoted to cover a 'staircase' and then later claimed that price was only for one step. Installation was mostly okay but one area was sloppy. They sent someone over to fix it but it didn't help. When I pointed this out they offered no further resolution.
