Kate was born and raised in Darwin, Northern Territory, and moved to Queensland to attend Griffith Law School. Kate studied Indonesian at the Mataram University in Lombok, Indonesia. Kate was a representative to various student-based United Nations conferences whilst at university. Kate graduated Griffith University with a Bachelor of Law with Honours.
Sarah Pascoe is a criminal law solicitor with Fuller & White Solicitors who is committed to delivering exceptional court results and assisting her clients. Sarah's down to earth nature and comprehensive understanding of the Queensland criminal law system make her an excellent advocate for her clients.
Kurt McDonald holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology. He obtained his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2019.
After finishing his studies, Kurt commenced work in private practice specialising in criminal law, commercial, and estate litigation before starting an associateship with a Judge of the District Court of Queensland in Brisbane.Whilst working as an associate, Kurt gained invaluable exposure and insight into advocacy in criminal law and professional misconduct.

Anahita was previously a Queensland University of Technology Guild Officer and is currently a member of the university's Student Misconduct Committee.

I had Federal Family Circuit Court Trial in Jan 2022. My former barrister was busy and could not attend. My solicitor engaged Kate at very short time just couple weeks before the big trial. Kate is wonderful. She worked day and night with my solicitor and I. Kate did a great job at Cross check Examination. Such a young talented Barrister. Highly recommended.

We used Kate Fuller for Family Law. She is very unprofessional.
She never took the time to know us. It seem that she don’t want to understand our situation.
When l try to explain, I felt judged and was told “Well you shouldn’t of....” When a lawyer say something like that to you he/she is not there for your best interest.
