I won't buy the tyres from them again due to the reason below:
1. Tyroola sells super old tyres: Tyres delivered were 3 years old, it is even older than my existing tyres. It has never happened when I bought tyres from other shops such as JAX and tyresales.
2. limited time to fit the tyres with fitting partners: I might choose a wrong partner, but no booking on weekend and only 9 to 3 on weekdays. I had to take a day off for the tyre fitting.

Purchased tyres and has been delivered to a fitter last week. Called fitter to arrange time for fitting. Fitter advised they're unable to do it, as on their system the status of my order is "pending" seriously???. Customer service is non-existent when trying to get in touch to sort out. Have tried numerous times to get in touch, with no response and follow up. Now I have my tyres sitting there and not being able to have it fitted. Great! Would not recommend.

Ordered over a week ago because the website listed delivery and fitment at my house in 2 days.
Here we are almost 2 weeks later and the fitment partner has only received 3 out of 5 tyres, the tracking online is saying complete. Someone here is lying. Many many excuses of it busy at the moment due to covid ect, but clearly form you reviews this has been happening for a bit longer than just “over the Christmas break”
No I guess I’ll wait for a week or two more to get my refund.
There website was advertising how the were open and operating as normal over Christmas but once you give them money

Absolutely appalling & dangerous
We purchased 4x4 tyres and had them fitted last week. On Monday, less than a week later, one of them blew out on the freeway. We contacted Tyroola the same day and have had to constantly follow them up for service.
The want us to remove the tyre from the rim (how is the average person supposed to do this?) and have it couriered interstate for them, at our own expense, for them to determine if is faulty or not. This process taking at least 3 weeks!!! Completely unreasonable. We’ve been left with no option but to buy new tyres from elsewhere so that we can continue

I was really embarrassed with the service tyroola provided. I ordered my tyres and was mistaken with the size and after i realising I cancelled the order before they send it for delivery by communicating with one of the customer service agents and they told it will be cancelled and you will get a full refund with an email confirmation.But I didn’t receive any email so i called again after 2-3 days for follow up but they still told me its in process. But after 10 days I called again and they said you will be charged $60 cancellation fees.However, the cancellation fee is only $25 mentioned on their

Tyroola has a good selection of tyres at great prices. I recently purchased 4 tyres and had them fitted using a mobile fitter. The entire exercise was simple and hassle free - Just selected the tyres and Tyroola delivered the tyres to the mobile fitter. The tyre was delivered in 2 days and was notified via SMS. After the tyre was delivered to the mobile fitter, I made an appointment with them and they came to the designated place and replaced the tyres.

Like many reviewers here, I also faced a major delay with delivery and started to fear the worst. This was on account of my order for four tyres not being received. However, I persevered and received excellent personalised service from Manager Nikki after placing a formal complaint about the issue through my payment channel. It would appear Tyroola handles very large volumes of orders, so when there is an issue it may take a bit more effort on the part of the purchaser to resolve the issue and responses may initially seem generic and impersonal.
