My wife and I recommend Flower Travel most highly for their assistance and care, particularly so as we have not yet travelled! A Kimberley Cruise has been on our "to do" list for years, and we were booked on the Coral Adventurer in 2020. However, Covid cancellation intervened -Jenny, Simon and staff made all arrangements to carry credits forward to 2021. Bookings were confirmed to cruise from Darwin to Broome, departing in early June. Unfortunately, two days before departure, I was hospitalised following a couple of TIA's and told that I should cancel any travel. A quick call to Simon - he took

My husband and I booked a Ponant Kimberley cruise with this company to depart Broome in 2020. We were given every assistance by Flower Travel, from the initial booking to additional accommodation and optional extras. As we live in Queensland, we were unable to travel to WA to take up this cruise due to the advent of COVID19. So we deferred our cruise for 12 months, again with assistance from Flower Travel. Sadly in 2021 we needed to request a refund in which we were again ably assisted. We still hope to be able to enjoy a Kimberley cruise in the future and will definitely go back to Flower Travel

We have just returned from a wonderful Kimberley cruise on the Coral Adventurer. We travelled under an excellent package organised by Kimberley Travel and Cruise.
When the original booking was cancelled in 2020 due to Covid, Kimberley Travel and Cruise reorganised the whole package to take place in June 2021. This was carried out very smoothly and we were kept up to date through good communication. We were forced to make last minute changes to our flights from Brisbane to Darwin before the cruise for personal reasons and this was handled extremely efficiently by the staff at Kimberley Travel and

I booked a cruise through the Kimberleys with Jenny Flower and I was very happy with it. In fact the ship I actually asked about (on the advice of a friend) was full and instead Jenny found me a cruise on Coral Discoverer. I really enjoyed this ship and from talking to other passengers I think it was better for me than the one I wanted to go on. Thank you Jenny for your advice. My only slight complaint was only getting the tickets and voucher on e-mail. I prefer paper tickets and to be fair they did send me them by post when I asked.

The cruise vessel, MV Reef Prince is configured to accommodate a maximum 36 passengers. We found this ideal, as it was small enough to have a 'family' feel and gave us the chance to get to know our fellow passengers, the crew and staff. We were delighted with the itinerary and because the vessel is a catamaran with minimal draft and four tenders we were able to access and explore beaches, reefs and shallow waterways. The experienced skipper and crew managed the itinerary and tides perfectly, ensuring we were at all the 'must see' sites at the best possible time to maximise the experience. The expedition

When my Kimberly Coast trip booked for June 2020 was cancelled, Flower Travel were able to quickly rebook me onto a trip in June 2021. When the WA government blocked all travel from Sydney, Flower Travel were able to process my cancellation and refund in a very professional manner. A full refund was received within 4 weeks.

I can highly recommend this cruise run by Coral Expeditions, the destination alone was worth the trip, but our enjoyment was increased by the marvelous staff on the boat, and the very helpful Flower Travel staff with all the arrangements. Issues around the pandemic were handled very well, including inevitable changes in the itinerary in the months preceding our trip.
The food was wonderful, and the lecturers on board really added to our enjoyment giving a depth of knowledge to what we were seeing that we would have missed otherwise.

I have to whole-heartedly agree with all of the other positive reviews for Simon, Jenny & their team at Flower Travel. Our Kimberley Cruise bookings with associated accommodation & air travel were twice cancelled & re-booked, the last at very short notice. Simon handled this all with great calm & patience. (So it appeared!!!)🤗 He also dealt steathily with the late cancellation & reissuing of travel insurance policies. They certainly earned 'their keep'!

We had been planning a cruise through the Kimberley for a number of years, after seeing it from the road several times. From the time we first made enquiries, to booking the cruise and making payment, they were great. They worked with us to understand the type of cruise we were after.
In 2020, our countdown got down to about 10 weeks and then Covid hit. This is when they stood up to be counted. Not only were they easy to contact and keeping us up-to-date, they were able to rebook us on the same cruise in 2021 (at no extra cost).

My wife and I booked a Kimberley Cruise, for June 2021, with Flower Travel in January 2020, just before the COVID-19 shutdowns and lockdowns were introduced. We also booked to bookend the cruise with 4 nights in Darwin and then 3 nights in Broome. All of the bookings except the flights, where we used our Frequent Flyer points, were done with Flower Travel, and it all went very smoothly.
There were emails and phone calls to and from Flower Travel about the insurance needed, whether we could / should postpone the cruise, what accommodations we might have in Darwin and Broome, and the land tours
