STEER CLEAR!!. I dropped my CNC router their in sept 2017 for an update I was told by Rick(the owner)would take 2 weeks and still do not have it back 18 MONTHS later. He does not answer his phone, texts or emails. I have no idea where my machine is now and my next step is to report it stolen. My last contact from Rick was 9 months ago. This has really effected my business and added an extra stress in my life.
