Not only the flowers (of low value) were replaced without my consent the product delivered was entirely different to what was displayed on website. After speaking to the customer service they bluntly denied my refund and denied any further help. The flower arrangement looked horrible with random placement of flowers. First time experience and extremely disappointed.

** Beware Buyers **Very Misleading**
I have placed an order on the 4th of December to be delivered on the 24th Of December for a 20 Rainbow roses,so delivery came along with only 10,so I've contacted flowers for everyone and was asked to send pick by email and some one will get back to me,long story short they have refunded me half of what was missing what about the negligence and embarrassing moment I had to face not just receiving 10 but the condition of the flower was pretty bad and very unprofessional for a company like this.
I'm very disappointed and unhappy and will never ever order in

The flowers selected were beautiful, unique and matched the website photo. I was kept informed by text and email acknowledging the order and the delivery progress. The flowers were delivered the same day as ordered and on time. The recipient was also very pleased with the flower arrangement. As a member I also received a 10% discount. All in all, I was extremely pleased with the overall experience and would certainly recommend Flowers for Everyone. I will certainly be using them again.

Flowers were lovely but delivery service was unsatisfactory, delivery driver didn't even ring the door bell. Flowers were outside late into the night only got them when my girlfriend asked if I've received them.
Even though they've been left outside for many hours the Flowers still looked amazing and got to enjoyed them for couple of weeks.
Great job wrapping them in a watery sponge!!

My first order with Flowers for Everyone and this is the first time I have ordered flowers online and really loved what was provided and felt I got my money's worth.The roses were absolutely gorgeous and packaged so well. The staff were also extremely helpful and flexible in allowing me to collect my order, as I wanted to deliver them personally to a friend in Newcastle. Will definitely order from here again!

WARNING: WEBSITE FAULT YOU WILL BE CHARGED!!! I was charged for flowers after trying twice to buy and being told both times my card was declined.
So I went elsewhere since the WEBSITE IS FAULTY.
My friend received the flowers - no card message nothing, i didnt ever receive any thankyou email or confirmation email and i checked immediately after… being told it was declined by the site in case.
When i called for a refund they admitted to me it even happened to someone else but REFUSED to refund me unless my friend left the flowers outside the next day.

Besides this being our favourite florist ever - today they went out of their way to help me with an out of the ordinary request. Today I called them and asked if they would help me get hold of a store near them as I couldn't get through on their phone number and I had accidentally left something in the store. Very kindly the staff member at… Flowers for Everyone went above and beyond to go into the other store, find an assistant and pass the phone to them so I could find my lost item. The staff at Flowers for Everyone are not only really good at what they do, they are also super kind!
