We recommend professional cleaning at least once a year. We have trained staff in our store with over 25 years experience in caring for your fine jewellery. Your valuable pieces will be cleaned to ensure the brilliance of your jewellery continues to last a lifetime. Our master jeweller managers all types of repairs for rings, clasps, necklaces and earrings.
Diamonds are not all equal. In fact, there are some significant differences in quality and price. To understand a diamond's value, you must evaluate the diamond under internationally recognised standards - Cut, Clarity, Colour and Carat Weight. Cut, Clarity, Colour and Carat Weight are a very important part of every diamond and known throughout the world as the 4Cs.
Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your location. Orders requiring ring sizing take up to three (3) additional business days to complete. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it online or in-store within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund.

Cultured freshwater pearls are humanity's work at duplicating what nature first started. A 'seed' (typically a round bead made of mother of pearl) is inserted into the freshwater mollusk.

The staff here are very helpful, especially for a husband who knows that his wife owns (and loves) Pandora jewellery, but who has trouble selecting new Pandora charms for her, without doubling up on the ones that she already has. The staff were able to help me find new charms, that would complement the existing charms that my wife already has, but still be individual and also have some sentimental meaning for her. I've shopped here quite a few times now and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks Petits!!!
