Even with the introduction of computerised engraving machines many years prior, the needs of our customers at this time necessitated the continual upgrading of equipment, so when the demand became too great and so varied, we purchased our first MatCam CNC machine capable of handling 2400 x 1200mm sheeting and JRT Industries was born.
With the installation of 3 Matcam Routers, JRT is able to cut sheet material up to 4.800metres x 2m. These high quality machines are capable of producing top quality engraving right down to 1mm high. With our extensive tooling supplies, our machinists can deliver products from very thin up to 25mm aluminium or 30mm acrylic with a finished edge straight off the table.
