Scott and Professional Plumbing helped me out of a predicament by efficiently replacing my hot water cylinder on the day I called. I appreciated that they took away the old cylinder as a matter of course and were understanding of my circumstances. Great service and quality workmanship. Highly recommended.

We had four jobs that needed attention - Adam from Professional Plumbing's head office responded promptly to my email, Scott turned up when he said he would, quickly fixed what he could, gave us a very reasonable quote for what needed further work, and it was done the next day, for what we thought was a good and fair price. And Scott was very pleasant to talk to, gave a thorough explanation of what he'd done, why he'd done it and what we were paying for. Very happy to recommend them.

Book over the phone they were helpful to assist . However, the plumber was 3 hours late after called to follow up 1our no show after the appointment time, the plumber stayed for only 5 mins been invoiced $164, contacted Adam the manager for explaining the bill but never hear back from them just sent email by admin to pay the bill, such an appalling service ,I'm quite disappointed by their service and team work.
