Hi my name is Brian Patterson, I am a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) and joinery designer and I am the owner of The Kitchen Broker. For the last 26 years I have been the senior designer and once owner of one of Sydney's leading award winning kitchen companies. It has become increasingly evident to me over the last few years, that most people are time poor and somewhat bewildered by the amount of choice that is available in the market today.
Brian Patterson's 26 years of experience as a designer with Nouvelle has earned him an extrodinary record of elite awards and a reputation within the industry for his expertise and design ability. Brian's loyal client base shows a remarkably high level of referral, a testament to his personal commitment to customer service.
The Kitchen Broker was developed to assist people with their kitchen design and layout as well as consult with them about the huge range of kitchen finishes and kitchen appliances on the market. With this in mind, we have set up a very unique kitchen design studio where people can come along, work closely with their kitchen designer as well as be able to touch and feel the different types of finishes, fittings, and surfaces.
The Kitchen Broker is independent and works for you like an Architect. You pay the Architect to design your house then they find a quality Builder to do the project within your allocated budget. The Kitchen Broker does the same. There will be considerable savings, as The Kitchen Broker bypasses the many costs of retail shop fronts.
We supply detailed plans to various suppliers and negotiate a deal on your behalf for all aspects of the kitchen project. We maintain ongoing contact with tradespeople to ensure the finished product is completed well. Still not sure? Well our job started on 1 Feb 2017 and it is now 29 April 2017. Minor things to do and sent them a list last Monday. However, typical of this group which promises pain free project management, it is annoying that I need to remind them again and again of what needs to be done. There are lovely things that have been done but we were promised a kitchen to be done in a matter of weeks and now it is a matter of months and still incomplete. Project management of the kitchen hasbeen absent for a lot of the time. Lack of communication is another aspect. If I had my time again I would have got a good builder

After struggling with kitchen designers who seemed to have no idea of what I wanted, I met with Brian at The Kitchen Broker and what a joy he was to work with.
