I got my eyebrows and lip waxed here today just before 12.40pm
I have with burns under my eyebrows. The lady who did my waxing today used wax that was far too hot. I didn't say anything at the time because my pain tolerance is quite high, but I now have these burns left on my face.
I've had my eyebrows waxed for years and thought the redness would go down after half an hour, it's now 6.05pm and I'm in total pain! I will be calling tomorrow and requesting a refund, that's for sure! I wish I could upload photos

The business was untidy, not clean, unhygienic, with little to no ambience.
The staff member I had lacked skills, professionalism, communication, knowledge of business services and costs and quite dismissive.
I had eyebrow threading and face waxing done. She was quick, but a little too quick and was not thorough at all.
I had to ask to her to go over areas a couple of times, as she missed a few hairs. My eyebrows are now uneven, thinner on one side and a patch missing from one eyebrow.
The service was not completed correctly, it was done at an amateur level and I overcharged for what I had

I had a bad experience here the girl that served me was so rude they didn’t want to do what I like to my eyebrows shaping I showed them a picture the girl said sorry I can’t do that shape your eyebrows is not the same shape as that. The other girl did my eyebrows before she couldn’t do it that shape and they told me to come back half and hour unprofessional. Never ever going back I recommend to other people not to go here bad customer service they talk in Hindi while they do your eyebrows

I went in to make an enquiry and both staff members I spoke to were extremely dismissive, rude and had poor communication skills. There was no ambience or music and it felt a lot like a sterile hospital room. They rudely told me they would not be able to help me, this is understandable but the attitude I received with this response was absolutely shocking. Absolutely a blessing in disguise they couldn't help me.

Unfortunately the service wasn’t the greatest. I feel as though an experience as intimate as waxing and threading of one’s body.. a safe space should be created. This did not feel to be the case. The lady was quite aggressive with her threading, and her instructions were blunt. As well as an awkward silence throughout the room.. some relaxation music and gentle cream at the end goes a long way.
I understand we all suffer from bad days, but I feel customer service is an extremely valuable component to a successful business and thought critical feedback may be helpful for your future endeavours

DO NOT get WAXING done at this place.The room for waxing doesn't have air-conditioning duct. Due to lack of cooling I got bruises on my arms. They do not have any alternative arrangements either.
Also, I had prior appointment but I was not attended on time as there was only one lady and they take walk-in customers as well. I don't see this as a fault of attending lady Preet, it's poor management and lack of customer focused thinking.
Totally disappointed.
