What a great shopping experience. This company, especially their front of house - Annie, were fabulous. excellent old fashioned service! Their website has all the technical info needed to make an informed choice on what to buy and how to install. I ordered two large outdoor blinds and installed them myself with the excellent info provided on the site. One of the blinds was received with a minor blemish which I was willing to live with, as it was barely noticeable. When I informed Annie I promptly received a no cost order for a full replacement skin which arrived in a few days - I was pleasantly

Hubby and I installed the 3 blinds I ordered yesterday and they look great, and more importantly they shielded out the sun on our verandah and deck during the afternoon where we get ravished by the sun. The quality is great and priced very competitively, especially as we live in a country town and getting regular high street suppliers to quote/fit is outrageously expensive, so thank you for providing a great product that can be fitted by a DIYer. The delivery took a bit longer than expected as it appears that one of the three parcels ended up being separated from the others and had a routing error
