Highly highly recommend... Great value for money, excellent customer service and fantastic installation workers who did a difficult job (minimal ways to install due to attached duplex) on one of the hottest days! They definitely saved us in this heat, being able to fit installation in earlier than expected. Already recommending to family and friends.

Highly recommend Supacool Air-conditioning. Just had our old evap system pulled out and a new reverse cycle one put in. Excellent service from Gino and the installers, all done in a day and very efficient. Turned up on time, great communications and tidy workers. Great system and very competitively priced. Would definitely recommend.

After service is really poor.
Called them twice for IZone panel error and Amber the office person mentioned every time that someone will call from IZone as its not in her hands. Called them 3rd time to find out the IZone contact directly as she is unable to assist; but invain.Same story; not assisting with any other contact but keep saying its not in her hands. On insisting to get IZone contact; Dominique came on line and asked if you have provided the correct mobile for them to call. Never reconfirmed the number and asked to wait again.
No follow ups ever done to check if the issue was resolved
