Very disappointed in this company. I’m still waiting for my quote 5 weeks down the track. I have called 4 times and ended up emailing just to say can someone confirm they have received my previous ones? And still have received nothing by phone or email. Each time I have called I haven’t got a ‘sorry’ or ‘we will get onto it right away’, just that they aren’t sure why no one has gotten back. Will not be using this company even if they got back with a quote and nor would I recommend them. I understand a ‘busy business’ if that is the case, but this time frame is way too long.
