Had a worker out today who had to leave to get parts.
Asked what time he would be back so we could lock the dog up.
Worker snapped back if it’s to much of an inconvenience forget it he won’t be back.
Now the sink leaks more then before.
Have to arrange for another company to fix it now.
Will never use this company again.

Poor communication, started off with good service originally, used several times - now suggesting they are 'too busy' to attend an emergency call out because I questioned a bill. It took them 3 months to reply about fixing my gas oven, to then say they were unable to find the part, when the parts are stocked in Darwin and installed within hours by another company. Poor form Brett and Dianne - good luck with your business, you have just lost a customer.
