When Charles Coffee Russell established his law practice in Wollongong in 1885, the colony of New South Wales was less than 100 years old and Wollongong was a small town serving the farming communities of the Illawarra. Its main industries were farming, timber-cutting and fishing. Coal mining was starting to boom, but the steel industry that was to transform the region was still four decades away.
RMB Matthew Williams Lawyers is looking for a fulltime experienced Lawyer with 3 year post admission experience, preferably with previous exposure to litigation. The successful applicant will be dynamic, hardworking, a team player, have a flair for business and a common-sense approach to the law, with a high focus on customer service.

Recently engaged Olivia Yeatman to help with some problems I had with my local council and a joint planning proposal I had with them…Unfortunately Olivia took 10 weeks to review the documents and gave me no updates along the way…In fact when I did contact her she replied”I should have some preliminary advice next week”however this did not… happen….Disappointingly she said that court cases get preference over my matter,it would have been nice to know this before I gave her the work…..Eventually she did contact me with some questions and the following

Failed to keep an appointment. refused to accept responsibility for recalcitrance. aggressive, accusatory, and self-serving phone call from a person calling hmself a senior partner. never, ever, would i deal with this firm again, or recommend them to anybody
