Today's Funeral services lend themselves to more of a modern -day service with inclusions of DVD slideshows (photos of life's journey), selection of favourite musical choices and displays of personal items, telling the complete story of someone's life, making it truly a "Celebration of Life". Funerals are about remembering what has been shared as a family and sharing some smiles at old memories that may have been forgotten.
Our Spacious Modern Air-conditioned Chapel at Branyan Gardens located on Cummins Road, can accommodate up to 200 persons comfortably, offering easy access for wheel chairs. Our audio and visual systems are of the latest technology, thus allowing families to include a visual tribute of memories with selected music for their loved one's service.
Pre-arrangements are fast becoming a part of our future planning. Many people like to plan and pay for their funeral services in advance at today's prices. A selection of funeral services with the option of Cremation or Burial can be put in place through our local Flexible Funeral Benefits Plan.

I have nothing but praise for the staff at f C brown. They were curtious and very caring when arranging our dad's funeral. They did exactly what my brother and I requested. The funeral was beautiful and Michael captured our dad as he was in life. I would especially like to thank Stacey for her empathy and professionalism while arranging the funeral. And thank you to Michael for your most beautiful service. Our dad got a wonderful send off and he would have loved it all. As do we. I would recommend browns of Bundaberg to anyone. Thank you all

I would like to thank Michael and Don for being so caring compassionate and understanding when l had to make arrangements for my husband and at the funeral. I have held off writing this review for a month since my last interaction with the company to ensure that everything that I have to say is written without haste. For anyone considering using this company in a time of immense grief, I strongly recommend you read this review in its entirety before making your decision. I have taken every effort to acknowledge the good and the tolerable aspects of this companies service before explaining how notoriously hurtful this experience has been.

Unfortunately I couldn't leave a zero star review. Avoid at all costs unless you are christian. They'll read from the bible and recite the lord's prayer regardless. They are also under investigation from the Office of Fair Trading for regularly removing bodies from coffins prior to cremation so they could then reuse the caskets in other funerals. Given that they own the crematory I can see how easy this would have been to get away with.

Funeral paid for on 14th June. Phone call a week later stating funeral has not been paid for. TODAY an invoice dated 4th July in the mail with added fees etc. IT HAS BEEN PAID FOR AND YOU WERE EMAILED ON 2ND JULY THE PROOF OF PAYMENT. Pity I had to at least give you one star to post a review because you don't deserve any. Written on behalf of the daughters of the late Desmond Albert Ricardo.
