I contacted Renay to conduct a property inspection for me as I live in a different state. She gave me very clear information as to her services and we agreed on a strategy. Her communication and feedback to me was frequent and accurate. The inspection occurred as organised and I received numerous photos to justify the advice I received.
Based on the advice I decided not to proceed with the purchase of the property that I had previously been very keen on.

We had Renay as our Vendor Advocate in selling my deceased mother's property in Melbourne. I just have to say that it was such a delight. She dealt with everything and shielded me from the estate agents and interested buyers. She kept me constantly informed in her confident and reassuring manner. I am a busy working single mum and needed help to buy my first home.
