A real old school motel excellent value for money in this dear little Victorian town of 400 souls.
The owner is Aware of EVs and offers 3 pin pug overnight charging an no charge even thou I offered to pay.
Try to support these small country businesses, we'll be much the poorer when they are gone

Disgusting smell in the room. The quilt and sheets smelled bad and looked dirty. When I went to the reception about this, the reception just gave me a air freshener, insisting nothing wrong with the room and telling me I can either stay or move on, since I have already paid via Booking.com.
I didn’t stay there, very disappointed.

Unfortunatly I preferred to drive the five hours home than to stay in this motel room. There were ants and bugs everywhere, no lock to secure the door (only a chain) and cat hair on the bed covers(I am severely allergic). I have stayed in many places around Australia and this was by far the most unclean I have ever witnessed. Very disappointed.

Convenient location, good value for money considering prices around. Few things that can be improved: smell of apartments and maintenance/repair of some items

There are a lot of various reviews for this motel. Belive what you want but your experience will be different to other reviewers. It all depends on your point of view. If you are used to 4-5star places then this is not for you. It is basic and the room we stayed in was small. The price also reflected that. Our room #2 was small but very clean, the bed was ok, the TV small and not 100% but still usable. The shower was awsome, very hot and water volume that felt like I was under a waterfall. Soooooo good. The heater worked well but was noisier than I liked and the electric blankets provided didn

Appalling. The owners of this motel are delusional if they think this is 3 star accommodation. I stay in motels/hotels all around regional Australia due to the nature of my work and this was by far one of the worst value for money establishments. For the sum of $130, I got a room that smelt like some weird combination of dirty feet, mould and something else which I can't put my finger on. It was just dank. There were cobwebs everywhere in the room, dead bugs on the ceiling of the bathroom, dead bugs in light fittings, the fridge was off which meant I couldn't keep my drinks cold until the fridge
