It has been difficult to find reliable cleaners who also do a great job. These guys are a breath of fresh air - a great team! They obviously take pride in what they do. It’s such a relief to come home to a spotlessly clean, neatly organised house at the end of a long day. Thanks Josh & Chloe! Quite possibly the best cleaning team I’ve ever had - and I’ve had many over my years of being in business.

Unfortunately my experience with management team at Nest has been both unreliable and unprofessional and I will be avoiding in the future. I had an SMS message from a staff member confirming a booking for a 3hr spring clean 10 days prior to cleaning date.
I was waiting at the property, however on contacting the cleaner directly was informed that she would not working for the next six weeks. No one informed me
I had to call and email repeatedly to have this rectified and on the day of scheduled cleaning, not even the courtesy of a response was provided.

Chrissy and Ty gave our home a good thorough clean - the kind that you put off until you have a free weekend but never get around to doing! Everything sparkled once cleaned from the bifold doors to the glass window splash back all the way to the ensuite shower door. Very happy happy with the result and would highly recommend.

Our experience was not the best - the cleaner spent about 8 hours at our unit and overall did an excellent job. But the floors were not mopped well, its almost like she forgot about them.
Due to some delays from the real estate, there was a delay in a us contacting Nest about the floor issues. The communication from that point on was so poor and unpleasant. No one came back to review the floors either.

We could not recommend Nest Home Services enough. Super efficient, very professional and well priced. We had the lovely Colleen clean our family home and she has done a terrific job. Listened to all of my priorities & left my place absolutely sparkling. Such a pleasure to deal with in general. You will not be left disappointed 🤗
