Creating a platform for children to be able to grow, learn and respect each other is what we pride ourselves on. Both our Kids Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes work off a progressive curriculum with a structured grading syllubus. Above all it teaches balance, coordination, self control, awareness, discipline and how to be a gracious winner/ loser (sportsmanship).

The major difference between Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and other martial arts is its proven effectiveness against resisting opponents. The training methods and the use of leverage over brute strength makes it possible for the smaller, weaker practitioner to overcome much larger opponents.
Everyone has a lot to gain by to losing unwanted kilos and building confidence, strength and more endurance. A typical class includes the traditional Muay Thai bow in, followed by a full body warm-up to get your muscles and joints ready for the upcoming work-out. It is then finished with a stretch and a cool down.
Through out the years, I have not only found out that I was capable of much more than I had initially thought but have been able to surpass many goals that I had set for myself. I have met some inspiring martial artists, teachers, trainers and friends. I have also had the priviledge of watching my students grow by training martial arts into better athletes and human beings.
