They stopped responding midway through the application. I had send all required documents in 3 times over the course of five months while property prices continued to rise. I made multiple attempts to contact them to follow up on the application and they stopped answering my calls or responding in anyway. If I was not successful in my application I would like to have been told instead of receiving the run around, it is unprofessional. I will be going to another broker.
