I have had a great experience and I have been to a few other chiropractors, so I can tell you that Dr. Alena is great at what she does. She explains everything better than most and has a great staff to support her. I am really thankful she has massage therapist as part of her staff also. Update: it’s probably been over a year and I still make regular visits to see Dr. Alena. Also, She follows safe procedures to ensure our health and safety during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.
Also I get plenty of text message reminders, so that I don’t miss my appointments.

This was my first chiropractic experience and it went well. I thought the staff was nice and very informative. I thought the Dr. Alena was very professional and she was very thorough in explaining the Chiropractic steps and my results.
Both times that I went there was no wait . The atmosphere was very calming and soothing.

Dr. Alena gives you very thorough diagnostic work up before she presents her findings. She will share detailed information and instructions about your treatment plan and gives you a realistic prognosis. Massage treatments are also available. I recommend this practice.

I had a great experience. I woke up with severe pain down my leg. I called for an appt and I was able to get in the same day. They made every effort to arrange the appt. I truly appreciated them squeezing me in at the last minute.
Update 2 months later: I am now walking almost normal. I can sit, stand & sleep with just a very slight ache that goes away after a few minutes. I am so pleased with the progress. Dr. Alana has really helped me. She is very pleasant as well as her staff. They are all very professional.

Phenomenal experience!! Helped my back tremendously! She thoroughly explains all that’s wrong with your back in one session then in the next appointment adjusted my back. This place is amazing! I highly recommend! The receptionist was also very nice and sweet! Everyone is so kind and caring. Definitely recommend. I’ll be going back.

I entered Access Chiropractic not being able to stand up straight or walk; I was in excruciating pain. Initially, Dr. Alena expected I was just coming for pain relief and treated me with respect and courtesy, trying to alleviate that pain. And, she did relieve it—so quickly that I decided to see her regularly, aiming for overall improved wellness, not just pain abatement. I have undergone adjustments, therapies such as stretching and exercises and massage—all of which are excellent. Dr. Alena can also do x-rays on-site, which expedites treatment. Dr. Alena is a miracle worker. I’ve been with her for 10+ years; from assistance 3 times a week to monthly maintenance. She’s extremely knowledgeable. I never leave her office without a new morsel or tidbit of information. She puts her patients first, always. The team at Access are incredible. I’ve had back pain or some form of discomfort for most of my life in my lower back. Emma has been clear on what needed to happen to rectify the issue and we have worked through it. I have now been a few months with zero back pain. I’m not used to it and it’s made certain things like putting my shoes on in the morning much more enjoyable.

I hadn’t been adjusted since 2016 and I was hesitant about going back as my regular chiropractor wasn’t working here anymore. Nether the less I booked in with Emma and let me tell you. She was amazing! Took the time to explain every little detail about my problem areas and treatment plan to me. Made sure I was ok every step of the way. Such a beautiful person and it really does make a difference when someone loves what they do! Also the girls at the front desk are beautiful

My husband and I and our two sons, now 21 and 24 have all received thoughtful, caring and effective Chiropractic treatment from Allan and Malina for at least 21 years as required. We can not speak highly about the service and treatment we have received from them and their friendly staff. I note two particular instances in which my own personal care… was extremely effective. This is a fantastic place to go to have your body realigned and come out feeling amazing. The whole clinic is beautiful and clean with massage chairs to wait in if you like. The only thing i have that is negetive is appointments don't run on time. This can be inconvenient if you have other appointments to go to. If that was not an issue then a BIG massive 5 stars from me
