Came into G.W Cox after work to have a look at their Seiko range. Service was amazing as they helped me out on trying all the watches I was interested in. After having a browse and trying on the watches I pulled the trigger on my first high end watch being the MM300! Paper work and bracelet sizing was smooth and sailing! Couldn’t be any happier!!

Hi seikopaths ! If you are looking to buy a Seiko watch here in Adelaide, look no further. I was passionately supported by Rossalyn who genuinely cares about getting the right watch for me and of course with a right price. I have asked other stores around rundle mall about the same model but they are all trying to not give me a fair price and stay competitive.
I am not a low baller and shows them the price from other boutiques in different states who are offering a much more competitive quote. Only here that they are willing to be competitive and that's how I got my Seiko marine master.

Buyers be aware. Was served by a gentleman there by the name of Patric who lied to me multiple times to try and push a higher sale when looking to buy a Seiko watch, the lies included:
1: Only the Presage models have a glass back to see the movement. (Incorrect all Seiko automatic watches have this)
2: Only the top models have Sapphire crystal glass. (Incorrect all new Seiko watches including the battery operated ones have this)
3: That G.W. Cox was the only store in Adelaide to sell the Sharp Edge GMT with a 3 year warranty made in Japan.
(Wrong again, went to Grahams Jewelers 100m down the

Really friendly and helpful staff! Was looking for a Seiko watch and they had a great range across all price points. They were happy to let me see and try on watches well beyond my price range and I never felt uncomfortable (which I believe expected to!). Will definitely be returning for my next Seiko!

Kate was such a pleasure to talk jewellery with. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out she made us feel welcome and valued.
The wedding band I selected wasn’t in the colour I was after in store, so it was a simple procedure to order and quite fast turn around.
I loved that I got to buy my wedding at G.W. Cox as this is where my mum and dad purchased their engagement and wedding rings from many years ago.

Fantastic jeweller. Not only is the jewellery really beautiful and good value, the customer service is just right. Kate treated us with respect even though we don't know much about the products and did not spend a fortune, which is something I can't say for all jewellers. We are returning customers and will be buying from here again. Thanks for making our choice easy!
