Service staff from the quote representative to the installer and office staff taking payment were all polite , helpful and offered great communication .
Installers were friendly , worked hard and cleaned up very well.
The product looks fabulous and is strong and hardy .
Would recommend the company to anyone , as we were very happy to be recommended by our daughter and son in law . Thank you 😊

The administrative experience was normal, except that I could not pay by credit card because I did not want to pay a credit card surcharge asked for by the vendor. When I paid cash I was not given a receipt but was told that I will receive the "paid" receipt per email. When I came home there was no receipt in my email account, and I wondered why I had given someone almost $700 in cash without proof that I had done so. After sending an email I found out on the next day that I was not to worry because today the person is in to send the receipt. After this confusion all went well.

We ordered a security mesh sliding door and Wayne was excellent from start to finish coordinating. Installation by Zane was flawless in every respect. Both were friendly, but professional. Very nice people. The service was fast and quality control excellent. I would recommend KNA Security without hesitation.

Very happy with this company. Just had a couple bedroom rollershutters done which was a quick and easy process, and no messing around with prices like certain other rollershutter companies. We also had our security door done almost 8 years ago, we've had no issues with it and still looks great. Happily and highly recommend 😊👍

Professional, friendly service. Remarkable advice given and knowledgeable information on what our door would look like and stability as it was a wider door. Wayne & Zane amazing, quick with both quoting &… applying the door. We looked at others before them and their prices were comparable for the quality and craftsmanship that we got. We have already got further quotes for other items to add in due course to our home.

KNA has recently installed 5 sliding security screens and one entrance screen for us and we're really happy with the results. The product is great quality and well made (KNA are one of only a few that offer 316SS mesh) and the installation was on time and well executed. Great value for money and we can highly recommend them if you're in the market for security screens.

I decided to go with KNA Security to install two double security doors (aluminium diamond grille) as their prices were very reasonable. The staff (Wayne) was incredibly friendly and helpful and I was impressed to see that he responded to some of my emails after business hours - which was unexpected and appreciated.
The fitter (Trevor) knew exactly what he was doing and installed the doors promptly.
Both Wayne and Trevor were on time (in fact, early both for the measure and quote and installation) and Trevor even vacuumed the wood/aluminium scrapings after he finished the job.

How do you rate a locksmith? I didn't have any dramas with this company and would probably hire them again, so they get my 'A-OK' rating. They turned up when they said they would and changed the lock on my side gate in an hour for $160.
They are licensed and also install security mesh windows & doors...a small bathroom window was $115 (installed). For emergency lock-outs, contact them on 0410 040 689. They're in Kinross so I assume they'll service the northern corridor of Perth. Discounts for Senior Card holders.
