Bridge Clinic is proud to help deliver the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program to registrars in collaboration with GPEx, the South Australian Regional Training Organisation. The AGPT program is the main course that doctors undertake to become specialist general practitioners (GPs), including many of the professionals that you may visit at Bridge Clinic.
Registrars are placed at practices on six-month rotations, and are supervised and guided by our experienced GPs. At the completion of the AGPT program, the registrars are equipped with the latest knowledge and bring passion and commitment to their work. We are proud to be a part of developing future GPs to ensure our communities are happy and healthy.

Services
Our clinic achieved full GPA accreditation at our 2019 assessment, and will maintain this status by undergoing assessment every three years. Accessing a GPA Accredited practice such as Bridge Clinic gives assurance that every element of the facility has been checked for quality, which means better patient outcomes.
Patients are encouraged to make an appointment to speak with a Doctor or come in to see the daily emergency doctor, however in certain circumstances patients may leave a phone message and where appropriate the doctor will return the call when available. A practice staff member may call to advise you the doctor would like to see you via an appointment.
Bridge Clinic's administration staff are ready to assist patients with appointments, accounts and other enquiries about visiting our clinic. Talk to our support team over the phone or come in to have your questions answered about doctor availability, costs of visits, Medicare matters, and specialist appointments.
Bridge Clinic's knowledgeable and skilled nurses work in partnership with our doctors to attend to the Murray Bridge community's healthcare needs. Our nursing team service the Bridge Clinic and Southside clinics, and are skilled in emergency care. You can trust our nurses to assess and monitor your care and assist in the delivery of your treatment.
The perfect opportunity awaits an enthusiast GP to join our modern and established medical centre in Murray Bridge (in the heart of the Murraylands), South Australia. Expect to be busy and see 30+ patients per day. On call roster for the clinic and hospital work is 1:8 nights, working with a team of 4. Fantastic opportunity to also contribute to the obstetric and anaesthetics roster if you are a procedural GP.

Called ahead asking to see a Dr for my mother who suffers from copd they said come in so she went and some nasty piece of work yelled at her in front of other patients and told her to get out that she couldn't be there. Even tho I called ahead saying her copd was acting up. Shame on this clinic where people are sent away like dogs. This clinic will end up killing somebody. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE.

Worst doctors in murray bridge. My misses moved seats with my son because a man was coughing and she sat in a seat near the nurses station. The nurse came out and asked why my misses was sitting in the nurse waiting area and when my misses told her why she sat there the nurse raised her voice and said she shouldn't be here if my son was coughing when it wasn't my son it was a older guy. Hence why my misses moved. Well the older guy heard and left. Which he shouldn't of had to but heard her yelling about coughing. Then the nurse goes into the room and sends another nurse to come out and she was

After waiting for 15 minutes on the phone From 8.30 I was told there were no appointments available but I could see the duty doctor if I like, when I asked who they were (which I feel is a perfectly legitimate question considering that we pay for the service) I was told quite abruptly that she would tell me that, so I did say I would have to go elsewhere then , so was told OK and she promptly hung up. After attending this clinic for over 35 years I feel that their service has dropped terribly, by the way had to wait over an hour for a flu shot whilst sitting in a terrible overcrowded waiting room

Staff, doctors and nurses all experienced and kind. The doctors are caring to your health, views and religious backgrounds and beliefs.
I always feel well cared for and I'm always happy with the consults I have. The doctors make sure all your questions are answered and you feel comfortable with the care before ending the consultation.

The doctor my wife saw did not know the difference between skin cancer, infection or arthritis. Left untreated, saw another lot of doctors at another clinic in Murray bridge not much better. Would not recommend this clinic, my wife has no confidence in this clinic. My wife ended up having part of her left ring finger removed due to the cancer spreading to the bone. For any other persons not happy with standards of care provided should contact the regulators AHPRA. We should of checked the reviews before attending this clinic. My wife was doing some research today, it was interesting to see that

The female Doctor I was seen by seemed to think my pain should be manageable and that by my age period pain shouldn't be such a problem. I am disappointed with the service. The doctor scoffed and laughed when I said I would need a sick certificate for work the next day and seemed to think I was doing it to get out of work. I was feeling exhausted and sick all day while and University and came home early from vomiting and nausea. I thought the service would have been more accommodating and not make me feel inadequate. I was seeking help not judgment.

My partner was not so well and i took him to emergency at the hospital. the nursing staff were fantastic and the Dr on call was amazing. He was at MBSH for 3 days when he was transferred by ambulance to RAH ... I have high regards for all our medical and emergency staff as we had a great service by them all. We attend the Bridge clinic all the time and we can honestly say we have been so well cared for by the staff for nearly 6 yrs.
