I grew up on a cattle farm near the small farming town of Gympie, Sunshine Coast. In my early 20's my studies took me to Auckland to the highly regarded New Zealand College of Chiropractic, graduating in 2013. My passion and limitless hunger for knowledge in chiropractic and health is always pushing me to grow.
We do this by discussing your health history and performing a thorough physical examination of your spine and nervous system. From this consultation we will be able to let you know if you are in the right place. Further imaging, such as x-rays, may be required to rule out pathologies and to locate problem areas.
The main objective of Chiropractic is simple - To remove interference from the spine and allow the body to self-heal, self-regulate and therefore, function to its maximum potential. Every single structure, function and process in your body is controlled by your brain via the spinal cord and nervous system.
HICAPS is conveniently available on-site for on-the-spot private health insurance rebates. Please bring your health fund card with you to your appointment. Depending on your level of extras cover, most customers receive a rebate for chiropractic care. Meaning you will only need to pay the gap amount.
We are located just off McGregor Rd on the JCU side of highway, in front of the big car wash. Just 1500m north of the Smithfield Shopping Centre. Life Chiropractic Cairns is located 10km north of Cairns CBD. We service the whole of the Cairns region, specifically those of the beautiful Cairns Beaches community.

After suffering a back injury 3 years ago, one month prior to a 100k running race I went to Dr Craig for help. I couldn't even get up from sitting down without help. Starting out with multiple visits the first week and then slowly ramping down consultations, he fixed up my back just in time for the race. I still go for tune ups this day, Dr Craig keeps my spinal health in check!

Wife needed a quick chiro session asap. was in too much pain. we were just visiting cairns for 4 days and needed a chiro. called mostly all chiro in cairns but needed an appointment or were out for holidays. called Craig and squeezed us in his schedule. very friendly, clean clinic and very professional. can't thank this guy enough. would recommend this chiro clinic to everyone esp. to those who are visiting or new to cairns.

Dr Craig Langdon suggested a Complete Sleeper memory foam pillow for spinal alignment (neck and upper back) and for sleep comfort. I absolutely love it. The pillow is so comfortable while cradling my neck in the correct position. I wake up feeling refreshed and pain free. I highly recommend this pillow. They are available through Dr Craig at his Smithfield practice.

Dr Craig Langon is an amazing Chiropractor and a general all round positive person. He's a delight to visit. It always makes my day to walk out feeling well aligned and ready to tackle single motherhood once more. I've seen a lot of Chiro's in my time. I have slipped discs and osteoporosis pretty much everywhere and I also have hyper-mobilisation so I throw myself out just turning over in bed. Craig understands this and never hesitates to try to fit me in when he can. He also has a great philosophy on lifestyle and posture to help you reach your best potential.
