Services
Established in 2005, Footwise podiatry is a general podiatry practice that services the whole family. Diagnoses of your condition, treatment and long term goals are important to us. We promise to have an appointment available to you at a reasonable time - without having to wait weeks. Our podiatrists have had a minimum of 3 years experience in the hospital system and a minimum of 7 years in a private practice.
Our experienced podiatrists are able to diagnose, treat and advise on a wide range of foot, lower limb and postural problems. Footwear and foot structure (flat feet, high arched feet, bunions, hammertoes and in-toeing/out-toeing in children). We perform bio-mechanial and gait assessments and provide orthotic therapy when indicated.
Patients with chronic medical conditions eg: diabetes; are eligible for bulk-billed visits to allied health practitioners. These visits are a government incentive via the Medicare scheme called a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMC) or and Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Program. These are available through your GP, with a referral needed to be completed before your first podiatry visit.

I highly recommend the services for the Team at Footwise. I have used their services twice. The first time was with my 14 year old son, he had an ingrown toenail and was in a lot of pain. He was apprehensive about seeing a podiatrist. However, I called at Footwise at 9 am and explained the situation, and they made an appointment for him that morning. He saw Carol, who immediately put his mind at ease and gently relieved his ingrown toenail. He immediately felt better. The second time we visited Footwise was for my 11 year old son.
