What a magnificent 4 Star Hotel with incredible high-quality service and inclusions in the heart of Brisbane. The Manager Maria and staff members Mia, Maddi and Fernanda displayed the highest level of customer service. This is an absolute jewel in the crown of Brisbane, it’s a hidden gem, a must stay within Brisbane. Very affordable competitive prices and really high-quality apartments, walking distance to a nice big shopping centre and across the road to a beautiful boutique breakfast cafe. I couldn’t speak more highly of the apartments, location, quality and the service. Hotel ft. underground

The staff at hotel Chino are very friendly and accommodating. I stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was very roomy and the staff went through with me everything I needed to know about the unit so I wasn't left with any questions! I had to leave early and the staff were very kind and understanding on my departure. I hope to revisit Hotel Chino.

I enjoyed my recent five-night stay at Hotel Chino. I really appreciated the welcome note with my room key in the hotel's key safe as I arrived quite late on the Sunday evening but the welcome note explained everything. Having free secure car parking onsite is fantastic and great to be a hop, skip and jump to the Buranda Village. Fantastic location in the heart of Woolloongabba!

Location, Parking, Convenience and Value for money. After staying in various locations across Brisbane for work, I keep coming back to Hotel Chino. It’s location, along with free secure parking, allows easy access to all areas of the city and surrounds. Public transport is on your doorstep. Easy walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, parks, the PA hospital and the famous Gabba. Talk with the friendly staff about the variety of clean contemporary rooms on offer for short or long stays. Throw in a pizza bar and a pool and this place ticks a lot of boxes for a very reasonable room rate.

Average in most aspects. Parking is easy, close to food places and supermarkets. Rooms smell very strongly of cleaning products which always make my belongings smell by the time I return home. Apartments are nice and spacious. Fine for business trips, not for a weekend away.
Edit: in response to the reply. I've stayed here before and during the pandemic - same thing. On that note, I've seen the air-conditioning checks aren't always up to date. So maybe your pandemic response needs some work?

I would thoroughly recommend the hotel itself, as the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, and all of the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Just a couple of minor issues, if you're using the guest laundry, make sure no one turns off the dryer because the noise is bothering them, and the restaurant had no printed menu the night we dined there (which was quite expensive) and there is no cheap options e. g. toasted sandwich etc for those travelling to the PA for treatment on a limited budget.

We all love getting away from the usual day to day activities which can sometimes become a bit boring. One way of doing this when you don't have time is by staying in a hotel, and, even if it is just for the weekend it can sometimes fool you into thinking that you are somewhere else.
The Chino hotel is located in Woollongabba and even though this might not sound like a great vacation spot it has its perks. For one it is really close to the city and takes 10 min on public transport. And even better for you cricket fans its about 5 min away from the world famous Gabba stadium.
