Services
Following is a brief overview of our personal skills and experience pertaining to the motel relief managers role. Carol and I were proprietors of the Bayside Motel and Restaurant in Batemans Bay NSW managing the business for five years from 2009 to 2014. The motel consisted of a licensed restaurant/conference area, 26 motel rooms and 4 self-contained units.
Carol and I are now located in Brisbane and we are available as motel relief managers around South East Queensland. Please check our availability and contact us if we can be of any assistance. Check our resume at about us. We currently relieve at Beaudesert and Kingaroy for a week each month but we are available for short term motel relief management as required.

I was really impressed with the crew, how professional, courteous, the work they did, post job cleanup, use of drop cloths over carpet. The crew was able to come out a day earlier than scheduled with a very short lead time from my initial call. It was like they sent the A team. They replaced both heater furnaces and both cooling units in a day!

So far we are really pleased with the Heating/Air service we have received from Guy Smith. We had the whole system checked out, had an air scrubber installed, and signed up on a maintenance contract. There is always someone available to talk to. After a week with the air scrubber that had an ozone feature, we decided we didn't want the ozone so they removed that part at no extra cost. All the heating/air service people have been friendly and knowledgeable. We recommend their services.

Exceptional customer service and a knowledgeable, honest professional, Brian arrived on time and spent a good deal of time explaining possible resolutions to our current HVAC difficulties.
We have previously had the misfortune of encountering less than honest service professionals, but who have provided the experience and hard earned knowledge of what good service and support looks like. We found that today in Guy Smith and their technician, Brian.

The guys that came out were absolutely amazing! Extremely professional. The entire experience was painless!
I also have to add that Blake is one in a million. He was extremely patient and answered all the questions that I asked him. He sealed the deal for me. I can’t thank him enough. He even came back out to my house to help me with my thermostat. He is amazing!

So disrespectful! I found these stickers stuck to our condo building’s elevator. I will never use this company and hope this company never defaces other people’s property again.

The two installers Brent and Joe did an excellent job installing the outside ac unit and the one in the attic. They were professional and showed a great deal of concern with keeping me updated on the installation process. They put down drop cloths when they arrived to keep the carpet and floor cleaned.. They were informative and answered all my questions during the process and had a great attitude considering both of them were working under extreme summer temperatures. I am glad I decided to use Guy Smith after my last few years of dealing with another well known company that only cared if you
