Candelori's has been serving up the finest authentic Italian cuisine to a league of loyal patrons since 1999, and builds on a hospitality pedigree that dates back more than four decades. Established by Ross and Gina Candelori, and owned and run as a multi-generational family enterprise, Candelori's is the family's fourth successful hospitality venture in Sydney.
We're proud of our menu, and we're constantly striving to evolve it whilst maintaining Italian classic meals. The food sourced from local produce is freshly produced on a daily basis by our expert chefs and experienced kitchen team. Our extensive wine list features wines from around the world with a real focus on locally sourced Australian and specially imported wines across southern, central and northern Italy.
There are plenty of options when it comes to planning your event at Candelori's, the large area floor space can be used for a large function or sections can be partitioned for family gatherings or private business team events. As a family business, we've been organising events of all sizes for over 30 years and we understand that every event is completely different and unique, we're experts in tailoring the perfect event for you and your guests.

Went to this place with a table of 11. We were seated and 20min later still waiting to place our drinks order. The staff were all over the place and made us fee rushed.
Main meals were placed according to seating. I ordered a medium rare steak however it came out well done. Kindly advised the waitress who was super nice and apologetic. Then the manager came saying thats how you ordered it according to your seating. It was done correctly. You asked for the steak this way….
She was super rude and direct and that was certainly not the way to address the issue. All the food was a complete let down

Firstly I'd like to mention that this restaurant isn't to be taken lightly, for where it's situated the class and quality that this restaurant presents itself with is absolutely meticulous.
Secondly, my compliments to the chef and the quality of the meal that is presented it comes to your table absolutely beautiful

Classy & inviting restaurant hidden just off the Cumberland highway. Amazing customer service from the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out. Pizza was decent, pasta was good, steak was alright, a little bit heavy on the garlic butter side, scampi was nice & tasty, but a smaller portion then expected. Coffee was nice, a touch on the bitter side, so maybe good to have an extra sugar. Cocktails were interesting & delicious. Bruschetta was one of the best I’d had, the char on the bread paired amazing with the ingredients. Not a fan of the potato mash, didn’t taste very good. Tiramisu

Candeloris constantly delivers every time we visit!
My husband and I went on our first date here 5 years ago. Since then, we've had many birthdays and anniversaries at Candeloris. The food is consistently delicious and incomparable to other restaurants. No matter what we've tried on the menu, we have always left with a full and happy tummy!
Love this place and we will keep coming back again and again!

With delivery being offered in these covid times I just want to say our delivery was outstanding . We live about 25 minutes away from the restaurant & it was received just 40minutes after we ordered. The… delivery driver was pleasant . The food was hot , well packed & tasty . I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to visit Candelori’s . Can’t wait till next time .

Very modern, newly renovated local Italian restaurant with fine interior details. It's surprising to see a classy dining place like this in Smithfield. The oversized door opens you into an fine-dining environment where you would usually find in the city, and that really separates you from the industrial-suburban street.
Food is always amazing, only disappointment is that it was closed three times when I've tried going there. The drinks are off-chops and I will recommend to anyone.

Just WOW! The interior of this place is amazing, Big glass windows and doors upon entrance. Once inside, you actually feel like you're in a modern Italian restaurant! The standards should be like this place! Love the refurbishment.
As for the food? It was great! I had my dinner gathering here with friends and we ordered a lot of food. The pizza's were amazing, generous toppings and superb crusts! Definitely one of the bests in my books for sure! This place gets really busy and I do recommend making a booking before hand or just come early.

I'm surprised I'm the first person to review this place. From the road you think this place is just a small local Italian joint but it actually extends all the way down the back and is packed on weekends. They have 2 seating times on weekends so make sure you book or you're not going to find a free table.
I had high hopes for this place and it delivered. Great atmosphere and great Italian service. I loved how the menu was so different from other Italian places I've been to. That being said they have a very extensive menu which made it difficult to choose from.
