Capricorn Tyre & Mechanical is a locally owned, family based Yeppoon Tyres & Servicing Centre. We supply quality tyres from leading global manufacturers and provide quality mechanical services with our exceptional certified and experienced staff. Batteries from Enirgi include Ritar gel cell batteries, Trojan batteries to suit recreational & industrial applications and batteries for all makes and models of cars from golf buggies to marine boats.

Our A1 Certified Mechanics and experienced tyre fitters provide efficient and accurate tyres and servicing with our road force balancer, state of the art wheel alignment machine and scan tool diagnostics. We offer most mechanical services, brake and rotor repairs, suspension lifts and shock absorbers, bull bars and tow bars.

With 3 A1 Certified Mechanics, we service all types of motor vehicles, providing efficient and accurate workmanship. Your vehicle can be as individual as you are, so it is best to talk to us about what you need and expectations are. We are happy to quote on any work first, that way you know how much you will be spending before we start.

Batteries Report

Suppliers of Enirgi (formally Alco) Truck & Car Batteries, we have a range of batteries here in stock at Capricorn Tyre and Mechanical Yeppoon to keep you motoring. If it a special battery that you require, in most cases we can organise same day or next day delivery so that your running again ASAP.

I had to get last minute work done on my boat trailer and the guys squeezed it into there busy schedule , they got the job done in between other work they had on , dealt with a guy called Ben he went above and beyond for me I can’t recommend these guys enough
any other mechanical dramas i have i will be using this shop in the future

They have great range of vehicle supplies, so helpful and polite. The guys are funny blokes. Appreciate the upgrades. But the ordering of stuff is super slow, be sure to wait a while for your new stuff.

The worse service i have ever had on my car front tyre was at 15 psi the other front tyre was 44 psi. The two rear tyres were only 34 psi after i just had a wheel agliment and balance and rotation $133 later and my car is pulling to the right so bad i take it back and they tell me i have to have the tyre on the right at 48 psi to stop the pulling unreal. I will never take my car here again

Great friendly service. Experienced staff. Well priced and don't charge you for extras you don't need. I don't trust my cars with anyone else in Yeppoon. They txt you to remind you to rotate your tyres when it's time. Highly recommend.
