We are a Specialist Family Law Firm with offices on the Gold Coast and Logan who understand that there are many types of families, each with unique circumstances. Our Lawyers care. For parents who are separated or contemplating separation, we offer professional advice about how to best navigate the family law process. Have reached an agreement in relation to the care and living arrangements for the children and require assistance in formalising such agreement by way of the preparation of a Consent Order or Parenting Plan.

I have had Joshua Peters represent myself on two occasions. On both occasions Joshua has gone above and beyond expectations you would have for a lawyer. When you mention 'Lawyers' to anyone - people seem to have a bad rapport about them, but I can assure anyone that with Joshua, he has proved this not to be the case whether the outcome is what you want or not.
