On the 14th October 2020, one of Country Builders sub-contractors came just after 7am to pour the concrete slab next door to us.
The truck drove all over our driveway, making VERY noticeable black tyre marks all over our driveway.
Photos were taken, and we contacted Country Builders to have the marks left by the truck rectified.
Seems simple doesn’t it? But no- more than 3 months later, NUMEROUS calls and emails to the supervisor Daniel, and then when he was unresponsive, his supervisor Michael, still unresponsive, nothing has happened. Nothing. We have had every excuse you can imagine, including

Built with County Builders in 2017. 320sqm home from start to finish up in 9months. Too quick? Have had nothing but problems. Cornice cracking to every cornice through out the entire house. Tiles cracking vertically throughout kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. Yes they were proactive and came back twice for maintenance on cornice but does it fix the under lying problem, NO! Had to put more wood in roof to stop house from moving. The pre start program was absolutely top notch but not happy with a house that is cosmetically ruined, financially impacted and ignored now as Country Builders wont take
