Steve replaced a dozen fly screens and doors in our townhouse complex. He clearly shows pride in his work, ensuring everything fits well. All screens fit perfectly, and match the colour of the old ones. He also showed me how I could take them out and put them back in again if I wanted to for cleaning, and also showed me where to be particularly careful in that process to not damage the window sills.
Finally, he took the time to demonstrate to me how I could disassemble the old ones if I wanted to throw them out - which components go in the red bin and which in the yellow bin. And all this for
