We import most of our tiles straight from the factory and sell them directly to the public at wholesale prices, which has allowed Go Tiles to expand into the Australian market quickly. This "high volume low margin approach" is simple but hard to implement. Almost all of our business is from referrals.

Go Tile Imports & Exports operates as Go Tiles (Wholesale) and is owned by Nick Zhang in conjunction with his father, who overseas operations in China. His father has a strong knowledge of tile manufacturing and good relationships with all the factories. He manages all aspects of importing, including quality control, pricing and shipping.

I love this tile shop especially Catherine Chen the Sales staff who served me. Sure, it’s location is not terrific and showroom cannot be compared to uppity companies like Beaumont. And true, it does not come with fancy “bells & whistles” but lets not forget that at the end of the day, it is the customers who always end up paying for such thrills and frills!
Of far more relevance to me is that Go Tile’s pricing policy is more than fair and reasonable plus their customer service is great. Hence, driving all the way from home @ Gold Coast to Underwood was definitely worthwhile for me.
