We ordered and had a rhino bar fitted to our car. The whole experience was a bit of let down, the bullbar just to arrive took almost 6 months, which with the current climate we expected some delays.
Once it had arrived we got a call saying can we be there tomorrow by 8 for fitment. I cancelled work and went down there (2 hour drive). I was told in email it will take up to 8 hours and again in person should be done by 4. Whilst walking out a worker said 5-6 hours easily. 9 hours later we were paying to leave.
We had also ordered a light bar which on the day they realised the wrong one had shown

Sam and Elle are obviously very invested in their business and their customers. My requirements were technically detailed and difficult to research but they both worked hard in achieving a perfect result for me and kept me fully updated at every step on the process. My brand new vehicle had never had aftermarket changes before and yet Sam was able to cover all safety and legal requirements and order the correct parts before I'd even gotten the vehicle delivered. I don't know any other business that could do this.

I had contacted Northside with a specific wheel and tyre I was wanting. They got back to me and said that they didn’t have that specific wheel in stock but they had sent through other available options they had and I choose one from there. They were able to get me in within 3-4 days after that and I am absolutely in love with how they look.

Won’t be coming back to Northside after getting a 2inch lift and inside of front wheels wore out in less than 3 weeks. Was told wheel alignment was fine. Told them 3 weeks later I noticed inside of tires wearing out quick and was told I should be getting regular servicing in my car and recommended wheel alignment after 4weeks of installing lift so things could settle. Was offered a wheel alignment but to late wheels are stuffed so ended up going somewhere else.

Fast and efficient service, reasonable price too. Not big on personality or small talk, but sometimes the no-BS approach is better. Only complaint, the wheels were fitted with standard plated open nuts, I contacted ROH to check and they confirmed they should have black acorn nuts but they ran out, ROH are sending me five sets when they come in which is great, but I would have thought the shop I spent $4.5k with would have realised and asked the question before I noticed.

Bought some new rims and tyres but the tyres were old stock and weren’t round from sitting on the shelf for so long. Had to take the car back 3 times before they figured out what was wrong, after trying to tell me it could be my car but it’s a new car that drove perfectly on the stock rims. So much time wasted, had to take time off work etc and they only replaced one tyre. 6 months later my car is still bouncing down the road due to the dodgey tyres they sold me. Not happy!

Very poor effort at installing rims and tyres. Didn't put the correct hub centric rings on the wheels on my partners car which ended up damaging the suspension. When he went back to tell them what happened, they did absolutely nothing. He couldn't even return the tyres. Very disappointed. Will never return and will tell my friends not to visit your "workshop"
