Contemporary Homes is a family owned and operated company, founded in 2010 by directors Ken and Susan Barber and Michael and Kelli Paddison. Ken and Susan Barber have worked in the building and real estate industries for over 20 years, and along with their son and daughter-in-law have experienced increased growth since joining forces 5 years ago.
Michael has had 10 years' experience with estimating and in the building material trade, while Kelli comes from a legal background and has a natural eye for colour and design. We have standard plans to choose from or we can custom design your own to suit your block and lifestyle. Our home was custom built by Contemporary Homes to our design, taking advantage of location and outlook. The workmanship was of a high standard and co-operation. We cannot thank Michael and Kelli enough, we love our forever home and look forward to making more great memories here. Kelli and Michael transformed my hand drawn layout picture on a scrap piece of paper and a few screen shots of kitchen, bathroom and laundry designs into a stunning home. As I am hopeless at making a decision, Kelli narrowed down… my selections to reflect the design I liked in screen shots forwarded. We had previously built a house in Canberra before moving to Orange, and weren't sure if this was a process we would like to go through again.
Upon looking at many open houses in Orange, we just couldn't find… the right home to suit our taste or requirements.
