Taking the time to make an effective, legally valid will is one of the most important things you can do to protect your family from unnecessary stress and cost after you're gone and to ensure they will be looked after.

Everyone over 18 who has assets in their own name (or superannuation with associated insurance death benefits) should make a will to provide for their loved ones and to ensure a smooth transfer of those assets to the people of their choice.Katrina has years of experience in advising on estate planning and preparing wills, from the simple to the very complex.
An enduring power of attorney is one of the most important legal documents you will ever sign. An enduring power of attorney is a document in which you appoint someone to deal with your financial and legal matters if you can't do so yourself for any reason.

Having a power of attorney allows someone of your choosing to act for you if circumstances require, to do things such as access your bank accounts to pay your bills, sell your house and sign legal documents on your behalf.
An advance care directive is a legal document that allows you to have a say in what happens to you in the event that you can no longer speak for yourself. The document allows you to appoint one or more persons of your choice to make personal decisions on your behalf if you no longer do so (whether temporarily or permanently).
Dealing with a deceased estate can be really difficult and many people have no idea where or how to start. At Wills Direct we understand that you may be grieving the loss of a loved one and we pride ourselves on taking an understanding and compassionate approach.

We also know that the task of wading through mountains of paper work and dealing with legal jargon and technicalities can be quite overwhelming and that emotions between family members can often run high in these situations.Katrina's extensive experience in applying for probate and letters of administration and administering deceased estates means she fully understands what is involved and what is required.

They do not read email and thus questions are not answered. Pity.. so cannot consider using them.
