We have worked with Lawrence, Lawrence, Stevenson LLP for our multi-house real estate project. We collaborated with Heather Picken whose knowledge of the legal regime and practices governing real estate industry was impressive. Her colleagues Rinus Pais and Fatima Couto were also highly professional and attentive. We have found their presence by our side reassuring through their support, professionalism, and affordable fees.
Heather is an outstanding real estate lawyer with a strong passion for her clients’ interests.

I had mine and my Mom's wills done here last year and I assumed that their prices would be in line with that of all other lawyers but when I got the bill I was shocked. We had to pay about $1500 for each will. Our wills were not complicated, in fact they were incredibly basic so I don't understand why we had to pay 3x what other lawyers charge. My mistake for not confirming the prices first.
