London Hotel

Rooms: amazing
Location: central to everything in WeHo.
Balcony views are gorgeous! Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Rooms large and comfortable. The pool/rooftop bar area is awesome with breathtaking view. Drinks are delicious (I like the london fog) the service is also top tier, zac always takes care of us and we love him!

The check-in was delayed by 2 hours but Kansas the receptionist gave us some drinks credits to spend while we waited which was welcomed.
There are however some serious problems.
The sound-proofing in our unit is absolutely terrible almost as if all windows were left wide opened. The second-hand cannabis smoke from the room around us constantly got into our room which made the stay really unpleasant. The lady at the reception didn’t even bother to ask how the stay was when we checked out, she printed us the bill and sent us on our way.

Complimentary breakfast was nice. It included a veggie quiche, bagel bar with lox, etc., fresh pastries, fresh fruit, and yogurt parfaits. Staff was helpful and kind.

What a nice place right in the heart of WEHO...close to a lot of famous places, like the infamous Viper Club.
This hotel has everything you need and the staff is top grade, from the car valet and bell boys, to the front desk, to the room service, the bar staff, the restaurant servers, everybody was so helpful and courteous.
Roo.s are big and well equipped with all the amenities the bathroom in our roo. Was very spacious with a nice big tub..nice view from all the rooms, and the pool is really nice.

Lovely hotel with sweeping views of Los Angeles. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. The breakfast spread was incredible as well. Can’t wait to visit LA and stay here again!

Always great at the London. I had the mussels with were excellent. Did notice that the sticky toffee pudding has 'slimmed down in portion size compared to previous visits! Quality if the food and service is always top notch

Stayed 4 nights at the London hotel as part of our anniversary trip. The hotel is located in the heart of West Hollywood and is absolutely wonderful.
The staff was amazing, caring, and attentive. The breakfast was great, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.
Parking is valet only including in and out privileges.
We would definitely stay here again when I'm in Los Angeles.

My husband and I had an amazing stay celebrating our anniversary. Everyone at this hotel was amazing. The service is top tier!!! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our room was perfect and the balcony view was the cherry on top. If there were one thing I could change it would be the bed/bedding. I was very hot, while sleeping, during our stay. I would wake up drenched in sweat. I ended up sleeping on the couch.

First room - While we were not in a wedding we got to have all the sound of a full blown wedding in this room! How fun!
Second room - Want to have a bath? Not happening, stopper not working. So they send a housekeeper up to fix it. She couldn’t fix it.
Overall I’d say this is a great place to overspend on a hotel that can’t deliver.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Whoever is running this place does well…… Landon helped me arrange a surprise for my room, he was very patient and attentive I appreciate you! The location is great.. but I enjoyed just staying in for the time that we did. The rooms are very comforting/ spacious. So are the bathrooms. The view was great, we stayed in two different suites while we were here! Food is great quality as well. The rooftop was one of the best. I would definitely come back. I really don’t have any complaints other than I didn’t want to
