John Kerr commenced operations in 1985 under the name AJ Bin Hire with one truck and a few 3 and 4 cubic meter bins. We look after the Domestic, Commercial and Industrial waste removal. We have a large range of Skip Bins to choose from and our customer service consultants can help you to select the correct one for your convenience, You need to call 1300 737 612 or 03 9769 1500.
The earlier the better however generally one day notice is required. Quite often we are able to deliver on the same day as long as you book a bin early that morning. We will deliver from Monday to Saturday. The bin can be placed on the driveway or yard without attracting any additional fees; however bins placed on the nature strip or on the road attract additional council permit fees.

DOESNT DESERVE 1 STAR !
I had used this company a few times with no issues until they caused a lot of damage to the fence and gates on the property removing the skip. When i contacted them to speak about the damage they had caused they said " it was nothing to do with them because it was a tight entry" and actually hung up on me. I tried to contact them again but wouldnt answer my calls. We are currently seeking legal advice. Avoid this company !!
And if they respond with the usual response that "they dont have my details on record and it must have been a different company etc" i have all the

Very Dodgey company. Delivered a bin that I did not hire in front of my door when I was not home and then wanted me to pay for it before they took it away even though the concreter is the one who hired it and did not pay for it and payment was given to the concreter as part of the job. Who delivers a bin when it has not first been payed for and when no one is home and then wanting the person at the delivery address to pay for it? Lyn was extremely rude on the phone and hard to deal with and would not let me put a word in. Extremely poor customer service. They even have the wrong phone number on

I've called them twice and both time they were right on the schedule and their service is top class. Really satisfied to see such professionalism and high quality service. I've tried other companies before but most of the time there were some kind if issues. Metro bin is solid, I'd say. Recommending their service. Good job guys!

They provided an incredibly poor level of customer service. I booked on the phone, they then rang me the next day to see if I wanted to book. We waited most of the day for them to confirm a delivery window. They never called us back. We called again, they were really rude so we cancelled. Not once did they say sorry for the inconvenience.

Now I and my neighbors feel bin hiring in Dandenong became stress free and relaxing! Metropolitan Bin Hire is being reputed around my area when we initiated a joint step to keep our locals neat and clean. Their routinely works are very timely and not time consuming at all. Was looking for same day waste collection services in Frankston, Metropolitan Bin services saved me. My family is pretty much allergic to any kind of bad odour and we're very particular due to the fact that we lived in a house in Dandenong where there was a dry leather processing factory. We're very irritated with that as strong odour used to make us feel suffocating. This the reason we moved to Frankston but I required a Bin service regularly on time.

I've chosen these guys for two reasons; firstly they're very punctual as I used to see them every alternate day to come and pick the bin at sharp 7.30am from my neighbour's premises, Secondly, they just don't collect wastages and throw somewhere rather they recycle them keeping our environment green.
I would always appreciate Metropolitan bin services as long as they continue to maintain the same principles at work.
