Prompt and professional service at value pricing. Conducted comprehensive service whilst also detecting the source of an intermittent issue which was repaired the same day. Vehicle returned washed and polished, feels fantastic to drive again!

Bernie & the team have gone out of their way for me numerous times. Cannot fault them on their service or quality. Fixing/servicing my cars and my families cars for a few years they’ve become the only option now for our auto work.
They’ve proven compassionate, respectful and, extremely hard workers, perhaps when I didn’t deserve it, (dropping the car off at 11am and still getting it back the very same night)
Also afterpay available which is great.
Cannot recommend them highly enough. GO HERE!

Was really happy with my 90,000km service at Pulse. The mechanics there are very informative. My mechanic Paul rang and explained what needed to be repaired on my car and gave me several options- explaining different prices and how long my brakes and battery would last and organised new tyres for my car.
In the past I have been to other mechanics who just 'tell' you what they have to do, so being given options was refreshing and great as I could make more informed decisions.
I would highly recommend Pulse as they service all cars!

I used this company for a few years under what I think was a previous ownership. I found the red headed guy very honest and helpful. However, more recently they sold me a new radiator which developed a leak within the two year warranty period. Because it was the newest part of the car, and expensive, I assumed the bubbling in the well was just a hose and refilled it as necessary, until I had it checked at a separate mechanic. He found a hole in the radiator, which by now was just out of warranty. Unfortunately this means I have to bear the cost. The radiator Pulse provided broke within the two

I had Jeff do a full service on my car (which hadn't had one in far too long) and not only did he do it so thoroughly, but he even organised a temporary car so that I could get around to meetings which I was absolutely not expecting. He told me exactly what needed fixed with such detail, and things that he thought could become an issue and to watch out for. Jeff does an amazing job and I would recommend him and Pulse Automotive to absolutely anyone.
