Was referred to Platinum Accounting by a friend. I didn't see the benefit of using an accountant that's over an hour away and thought 'surely organised professional accountants are everywhere nearby'... oh how wrong I was. After wasting time and money and enduring some disappointing experiences with accountants I conceded and reached out to them for help.
They have been amazingly professional and responsive but also with a personal touch that makes you feel like more than just another client.
