We had a large family table for an 18th. For starters we ordered garlic bread that was rock hard, barely any garlic on it. Then for the mains we had one large order and spent close $300 on one order. I don’t think anyone enjoyed their meal, the chicken on the Caesar salad was not cooked properly and I was told the chicken is boiled.. not grilled… like it says on the menu. The salad was not even washed and dirt left on the leaves still. For $23 for a carbona it’s literally pasta cream and bacon.. way over priced and wasn’t enjoyable.

Just tried their new menu item Isa Sticky Pork Riblet’s. Don’t bother! Meat was as tough as leather the rub was awful, the best part was the bread roll and potato gems and they would have come out of a packet! Not real good for $30 needs improvement. To be fair I’ve been here for a week now and all the other meals I’ve had here have been great.

Went for breakfast at The Isa this morning and I must say I was pretty disappointed - the place looks like it needs a good scrub. Service was average. The floors were dirty and very sticky and hadn’t been cleaned. Likewise the booth we sat at was pretty grotty also. Table hadn’t been cleaned properly as it was also sticky and had parts that hadn’t been wiped. Asked for it to be cleaned, had to end up getting up and requesting a clean for the second time. Was wiped over but no spray or disinfectant was used. Went out to the smoking area and it was the same - grotty as well as broken glass

Bought the state of origin special ,2 of .steak was nice but carrots were raw,cold and uncooked as were the beans. Mashed spuds were deb potato. Complimentary beer didn't arrive had to chase it then only got 1 yet bought 2 meals. $28 each meal for really below par service you will never see myself or friends again.

Great atmosphere, had an awesome meal here 6 years ago and went back tonight but was very disappointed in this meal. One Rib fillet very tuff and chewy and one Waggyu no flavor at all. Staff offered free drinks or part refund which we didn’t take up but thanked them for the offer. Other meals being served looked great also.

Absolutely LOVE the oysters as well as the cheese and bacon garlic bread!! Absolutely perfect!
A few times we’ve ordered steak medium rare but they have come out very well done and charred. It’s more of a preference for how we like it cooked but still not enjoyable.
Had the chicken schnitzel today and it was very dry throughout the middle but the outside was soggy.
We come here quite often and would love for this to be looked at...
