St Patricks Race Day is an annual event held in Broken Hill, date to be provided soon for 2022. Broken Hill Agfair is a two-day agricultural field day, held every two years and is the biggest biennial event on the Broken Hill and the West Darling region. With plenty to entertain the whole family, it is a weekend worth marking on the calendar.

Recently renovated room, lovely bathroom. Easy check in (late night key box avaliable). One of the better queen beds we have used on our travels. Clean and user friendly pool. Good for the price charged.

Beautifully renovated rooms, extremely clean and tidy.
Helpful and friendly staff.
Only negative was the queen bed which I found a bit on the hard side.

Not recommend, cottage was very bad. On arrival the smell of carpet powder was overwhelming. Floors in the cottage are very bad and squeak extremely loud. The floors lean so much the beds slope down into the wall. The bathroom smelt like sewage. The carpets were stained and dirty. All beds need replacing. The cottage is a good idea just needs attention. Outside was clean and tidy.

A " cottage" in a condition of collapsing , very dangerous, air conditioner switch was leaking electricity when touching, dust covered all furniture, floors shaking and producing cracking noises when walking on, look like no body has ever used it for ages. Overcharged too much, should not be used for commercial renting out any more, not safe at all, rating around 1- 2 **, booked via wotif, pictures were totally different.
