Absolutely shocking service! Would not recommend!! We had outdoor glass windows and doors installed and the whole process from start to finish took over 6 months to complete. There were some delays with COVID but most of the delay was due to staff incorrectly installing products, forgetting to order the right products and ordering the wrong size flashings etc. We also found their customer service terrible with the staff often being rude and dismissive of our concerns. Think twice before choosing this place.

I highly recommend Marz Glass. We have had the windows and doors replaced throughout our house recently and they have done a remarkable job. The quality is 5 star and the staff have been extremely helpful, prompt, friendly and professional. We shopped around with a few glaziers and found other glaziers customer service and material quality was nowhere near as good as Marz Glass. We will certainly be using you again in the future.
